In the Post Addition Unit, additives such as Sodium Perborate, Sodium Silicate, Zeolite, TAED, Enzyme, Perfume, and Non-Ionic are added to the detergent base powder to produce specific powder for washing machine and other purposes.

Our state of the art KadFrame software, in conjunction with the S7-300 series PLC and its related hardware (Load cells, Transmitters, Relays, etc.), performs the complete process control that includes six continuous weighing belts, four liquid dosing pumps, one especial LIW scale for Enzyme, and a synchronization hopper level.

Especial PID loop algorithms have been developed to maintain very accurate continuous dosing.

The software serves also as a data logger and gives the following database facilities in .mdb format:

  • Formula table including unlimited predefined recipes
  • Work shift table keeping all information up to 50 MB of volume in which each record contains consumed materials, No. of cycles, date and time of the work shift, waste time, and operators ID
  • Alarm record  tables and report preparation functionalities
  • Calibration data that includes specific editable data for each device.
